Still one of my favourites to this day. The trilogy is great, but it's Ridley Scott's original vision that holds up better than anything that came after.

Kept me out of the water for quite a few years. Living on an island, Singapore, that really didn't help.

Mind-bending and brilliant. A great cast and a great story, held together by Christopher Nolan at the top of his game.

'A New Hope' brings the memories flooding back every time. I nagged my mother until she took me to see it, and I loved it. Still do. Best villain ever.

The very first horror film I ever saw, and yes, it stuck with me. I still love watching it now.

Otázky

What makes a good designer, in your opinion?

A good designer blends empathy with clarity. I listen first, then translate your vision into design that's beautiful, functional, and human-centered. Great design isn't about my style. It's about solving your problems and making your users feel understood. Good design listens. Great design solves. I aim for the latter every time.

What do you do when you're not designing?

I try to stay active with daily exercise and beach volleyball on weekends. I'm also a bit of a movie buff, so you'll catch me at the cinema now and then. I love catching a good gig when I can.

What song is always on your design playlist?

Mostly heavy metal. Old Metallica, Led Zeppelin, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden... that classic grunge stuff keeps me going. That, and a coffee or two.

If you could be anywhere right now, where?

Tokyo, without a doubt. I love the culture, the food, the whole Samurai history. I'd love to live there someday. That said, Prague has my heart right now, and I'm not complaining.

What keeps you up at night?

Honestly, AI. Not because I'm worried, but because I'm fascinated by how it can handle the boring stuff and free me up for real creative work. I use it as a sounding board, never a shortcut. The final design always comes from me, not a prompt.

What's the last great film or gig you saw?

Rock im Park in Germany. Both this year and last year were great. Three days of music.
