Your plan, papers, saved letters and phrase packs with audio all live on your phone and work offline, which matters in basements and government buildings with thick walls. Explaining a new letter needs a connection; your saved letters do not.
At launch, the move plan covers moving from Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, New Zealand and eight EU countries (Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy and Poland). More countries are added over time. Paper Trail and Say It work for anyone living in the Czech Republic, wherever you come from.
Yes. Tell the app your partner is from outside the EU and your plan adds their steps: checking whether they need a visa to enter, applying for a residence card as the family member of an EU citizen, and collecting it.
Not at all. The letters keep coming for years, and so do visits to the doctor, the bank and the town hall. Many people will use Paper Trail and Say It long after the move plan is done.
That is exactly who it is for. Play the audio, hold the phone up, or let the other person point to an answer. You never have to pronounce anything if you do not want to.
No. Re-LoCAL explains and organises. Every step shows when it was last checked, and every letter summary says how sure it is. For your right to stay, money you dispute, or anything from a court, check with the office or someone qualified.
They stay on your phone. To explain a letter, only its text is sent, with ID numbers hidden first, and nothing is kept. ID numbers are also hidden in your saved letters, and you choose when photos are deleted. More about privacy.
